- PRICING AND BILLING
The prices indicated in the order confirmation by the company Royal Kitchen Equipment include the prices of the products, expressed in either Euros or Sterling, the V.A.T. charged at the applicable rate, the necessary delivery charge if applicable, and is current at the time of the transaction. The delivery of our products is carried out by our partner carriers throughout the United Arab Emirates. The products are delivered at the delivery address indicated by the customer on his/her order form. If the customer is absent, a delivery notification from the carrier will be placed in the business premises letterbox and will invite the customer to get in touch with the carrier to arrange a later delivery of the goods or to pick it up at the nearest carrier’s depot.
Where stocks allow, all items purchased online will be shipped to the customer within 1 to 14 working days.
Orders may only be canceled in writing either by fax OR e-mail and after checking for if possible to cancel or not.
Orders that have already been shipped will NOT be canceled.
